A merchant navy or merchant marine is the fleet of merchant vessels that are registered in a country. Merchant Navy is a great career option after 12th, it is perfect for those who love travelling, adventure, interested in seeing new places and meeting new people.
Merchant Navy can be joined after 10th as seafarer after qualifying pre sea courses or after 12th as an officer through various degree or diploma courses in mainly two specialized fields, Nautical (Deck) and Marine engineering. Unmarried Female and Male candidate are eligible.
Age Limit : 16-25 Years
Medical Standards:Candidates should be physically and Mentally strong, fit for sea-services under standard norms
Eye-Sight : 6/6 without glasses, No color Blindness. (The candidate is subject to medical examination).
Merchant Navy entrance exam ; The All India Merchant Navy Entrance Test (AIMNET) is conducted by Bharat Shipping Limited usually in the month of November-December every year for following courses;
1)B.Tech NAVAL ARCHITECTURE & SHIP BUILDING (4 years) Qualification:-
Pass HSC OR 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% average in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) Maximum age-25 years.
2)B.Tech – MARINE ENGINEERING:
Pass HSC OR 10+2 from a recognized with 60% average in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) Maximum age-25 years
3)B.Sc NAUTICAL SCIENCE:
Pass HSC OR 10+2 from a recognized with 60% average in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) Maximum age-25 years
04)PRE-SEA TRAINING G.P. RATINGS:
10th pass with total average of 40% marks (with Mathematics & Science) OR Has Passed in Govt. approved 2 years ITI course from recognized institute with 50% minimum aggregate marks. 40% marks in English subject shall required in 10th or 12th OR any Degree OR Diploma course approved by AICTE. Maximum age- 25 years.
5)M.B.A. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS:
ny degree from a GOVT recognized University OR Mariners holding following professional qualification obtained after study-cum training of 6 years after 10+2 OR Diploma from a recognised Institution leading to:
(a) Master Foreign Going Certificate of Competency, OR(b) First Class Motor or Combined (Chief Engineer) Certificate of Competency issued by the DG Shipping (Directorate General of Shipping), MOS (Ministry of Shipping), Govt of India or its counterparts in other countries.

With 190 marks in CMAT Sept 2014, I would say that your chances to get admission in B.K. School Of Business Management are 99% this time.
You'll have to secure the rank 50 In Gujarat. ( which you should according to the result of previous year. )
The only reason that I am saying 99% is because AICTE doesn't declare the state ranks & you'll be selected in B.K. based on that. But with your score, I don't see any issues with that.
