Criterias for admissions for Aeronauticle engineering are different as compared with admissions for aircraft maintenance engineer. Even though your main question talks of admission in aerospace engineering but in detail you are asking about aircraft maintenance engineering. Your brother can definitely seek admission for course in AME since it is based on the marks obtained in 12th with PCM as the subjects but for getting admission into a degree course of aerospace or aeronautical engineering your brother will need to appear for one or the other entrance exams for admission to engineering colleges. There is no such minimum cut-off for PGDM in Dalmia. This is because Dalmia gives every applicant an equal chance to perform in GD/PI and confirm their admission. The admission process scores are weighted as follows-
