Hi Manish
I don't want to demotivate you but as per your qualification it would be hard for you to get a job in top MNC.
But if you will learn programming seriously in MCA and will develop good personality, make good command in English then after one or two year of job experiences you will surly get good job in MNC's.
if you have 3 or 4 years of experiences then no one will asks you about gap in your +2 and graduation.
I am not a employer but these are some facts which i know. Hope it will help you in making decision.
Regards
