Hi Arpit,
Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you just need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition whether the college is AICTE / UGC approved or not.
Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found

Why not? you should go for a program which is Statistics based and Operations Research should also be covered in it. This type of program would be useful during planning strategies for working targets. M Sc Operations Research would be very relevant and compatible with both of your degrees you have already gained.Regards/
