Dear B.Com is available in number of college in delhi and in jalandhar, but choosing a right college is more important than anything else.
Some of best colleges in delhi are:
-Sri Ram College of Commerce(SRCC)
-Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce
And in Jalandhar i would recommend Lovely professional university. You are not going to get study, environment, facilities and campus life anywhere else except lovely university.
