Hi there,
I don't think one single book is going to help you in this regard. However, you may purchase study material from many coaching in this regard as that material is focused on the syllabus asked in the examination. Also, for general purpose, you may opt for Universal Publications Guide for LLM as it has the similar portion of course as required for DU LLB for legal aptitude section.

On the basis of this year, approximately 100-110 marks is enough. But, I suggest you to forget your category and study, as general category and apply in mains with general category. Because, you will feel a difference in collage between you and others if you think you as SC category and go for preparation.

No you just can't get admission in any reputed MBA college if have not given any competitive exams for MBA like CAT, MAT, XAT, CET, etc. because every college while giving admission will ask you for your scorecard of any one of these competitive exams which you won't be able to provide them. I would suggest you to take drop and give those exams and then search for a nice college for MBA.
