No idea which is better in Indore, but get out and go to an insitute that you like and talk to people, and then go to another place even if you don't intend to join. Talk to centre head/ faculty/ counsellor (in that order) and ask for guidance on what to do at each place. Then compare your feel about the place. Bi focal science is engg oriented while the gen science covers MPC, Eng and any other elective. In bi focal you have to select subjects like Meachanical, automobile engg, electrical appliances maintainence, electronics, CS hardware etc.
This helps in getting direct admission into the desired stream 2nd year diploma course. After Diploma course one can join Engg through lateral entry.

Hi Mohit. At +2 level, students have several gateways to reach their destination. Bi-Focal Science or Gen science are the gateways to engg. Bifocal Science is a vocational course and has branches like computer science.Automobile engg,electrical maintainance, electronics, civil etc The main advantage of these course is that it reduces one language subject and helps you in getting direct admission to second year of diploma in the selected branch. And again after that you'll get admission into engg through ;lateral entry. so the total years of study are 2+2+3=7
