Hi,
Depending on your academic credentials, you can get upto 100% scholarship. However, you would require very impressive credentials to get a scholarship. Also, the competition for scholarships is very tight, therefore it is recommended that you frame your scholarship essay very well.

Hi Rajkumar,
The courses you can opt for to make a career in Genetics are Biotechnology, Bio-informatics, molecular biology, microbiology or biochemistry or Genetics which you have already mentioned. Most institutes do not offer courses in Genetic Engineering as a special discipline but as a subsidiary in biotechnology, microbiology and biochemistry streams. Genetic Engineering you will find generally at higher level of Education.
Few of the Institutes which you can consider for Genetic Engineering are:
Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore
Kamraj College of Engineering and Technology
Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University

Hi vishal,
With 52 percent in your 12th, you are eligible to apply to engineering colleges through AIEEE or institute specific entrance. Other than engineering you can look for Bachelors in Science or BCA, Economics, Law etc. The choice to make a career in a particular stream will mainly depend on your interest and then on the eligibility.
Please mention your interest sections of study based on which I may then be able to provide proper information.
