IMO, if you dont get admission in India, then try getting in China. It is cheaper as well has more and more features while studying the course. The student is even covered in insurance by the Universities.

Tanya, it would be slightly difficult in the colleges of DU with the 69% in PCM that you have got. You can keep trying till possibly 3rd counselling but you need to make preparations for other universities / colleges also so that you get admission somewhere.

Hi Sid,
As correctly said by Mr. Arora, don't be depressed as there is lot to do in life. Pursuing B.Com/ bachelors without clearing 12th is out of question, so it indeed is compulsory to clear your 12th first and post which you can decide you bachelors.
Advising you for diploma would be a secondary thing as after pursuing diploma will not make you eligible for Masters / PG Diploma / Govt Exams, as all of these require a Graduate degree.
In nutshell, all i would suggest is to keep your calm and gather your confidence to re-appear for the 12th and after clearing it go for your bachelors.

The Eligibility to become IAS officer is a graduation degree through a recognized University. Hi Dear , you did't mentioned what all are your subjects in 12th and how much percentage you secured.yes if you decided to go in Management field than you should go for BBA. Doing simple graduation is no fun now.
