As per current plan, the first edition of this new test in 2013 will cover all 15 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), all 30 National Institutes of Technology (NITs), four Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and five Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs). Apart form these institutes, admission for some of the deemed universities will also use this test score only.

You seem to have posted an incomplete query but as for your qualification is concerned, I would suggest you to opt for a masters depending on your stream of specialization in your B.tech OR if you plan to cange your career stream, there are ample of disciplines that can be a good choice like Management, Commerce & Finance etc.

MBA as a career option is good only if you have leadership quality, decision making ability and if you do it from tier 1 ot tier 2 institutes. It seems you are now only 10+2. I advise you to first focus on your graduation and in the final year think about the career you want to choose
