I don't know about cutoff.but yes of course you can apply through any aptitude test like CAT,MAT,SNAP,CMAT,CET.etc.

On the basis of JEE marks you are eligible for direct admission. Along with this you can get a good scholarship too with 156 marks.

Yes. it is difficult to grasp a lot of things in CA and you have to balance two streams togther. it makes ca more difficult however there is no Rocket science in it. just open brain and discipline will help you be a ca. Its a good line and you earn good money after becoming a ca.

I dont think so. unless if any govt raps comes to interview. govt jobs are anyways getting lesser. But if interviews are conducted you will have to be THE BEST.
