You can surely good a good college. Most colleges which provide admission to BBA, BCA are requiring an entrance exam to clear. Once you clear that exam with good ranking and once the compartment in both the exams is cleared, the probability of rejections would be less, as University although demands a good percentage, but what they ask is that you have cleared all exams.

Both the courses have immense career opportunities, but it would depend, what career you would like to have in future. if you select Chartered Accountancy, you can still pursue with a regular degree, as it is always a benefit. I would recommend after seeing your marks in 10+2, that you are capable of balancing out your studies. So ideally Bachelor of Economics followed by Charter in Accountancy will surely lay in a strong pillar in your career growth. All the best.

Well in order to get into Merchant Navy, you need to pursue Marine Engineering or a degree in Nautical Science. The minimum eligibility for courses in Nautical science and Marine engineering is 10+2 or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry and mathematics.
