1. Yes you can appear for Private Examination.
2. Yes your previous year Practical marks will be carried. You need to pay 40rs for each practical if you wish to retain your previous year practical marks. If you have 3 practicals then you have to pay 120rs(40rs each) aprox.
3. Yes you are eligible for AIEEE and IIT as well.
4. You need to visit you nearest Syndicate Bank to get the form OR you can also get the form from any CBSE affiliated School/College/Institute. Fill it and submit to CBSE.
5. Forms are available in the month of August.

Both are central university and reputed so it is fine if you do B.Com from anywhere however, IGNOU has a specialised course B.Com for ICAI students pursuing CA
This helps in your CA study without any additional burden and helpful too
So you should prefer IGNOU's B.Com specially designed for ICAI

Do it after you BCom. taking too much load during your foundations courses is something i will not suggest. Enjoy your college life. It means a lot. once you are done with bcom than go for ICWA.

Hi mohit! See depending upon this that what you want to do, in jodhpur there are colleges who offer animation which may provide you best of knowledge but that would be not sure. So, in my advice you should first go for best of learnings in other city which will give some best colleges. they wil help you to be a superfine animator because this is such a field in which you need to have a perfect knowledge of animation before starting a business. So, I woulid suggest you to get well educated in animation field and for this I think you should shift to another city. Though, animation industries are growing at faster pace and may be in futur
