1. Specialization you opt for.

Well there are numerous graduation options for a science graduate depending on your area of interest. Some of the graduation options are:
MBBS (If you have studied in +2),
Engineering,
Law,
Management,
Banking and Finance
etc.

You have a very good degree and SAP is an excellent choice. Its true that siemens course is very costly but it is one of the best but there are more institutes that provide the training.

Last year cutoff for MMS was 92 score and for PGDM it was 72 score in cet.
