It varies from person to person. It depends on resume of candidate or sometimes, panel wants to check candidates on few parameters like confidence, stress handling, etc,. ( so they do stress interview or cross question the candidate ).
In general, three aspects are focused in an interview : YOURSELF, GRADUATION, WORK EXP. ( if applicable) .
A candidate should be aware about itself : Reason behind doing MBA, What after MBA , Why not masters in their graduation stream, Who are you, etc.
Graduation : It is suggested that you brush up what you have studies in your graduation. As some questions might be asked in an interview related to that.

Anuradha, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL?
