The best choice would be to pursue regular MBA, but if you want to do MBA through distance, go for it. It is also a good choice.

There are several Computer courses available after 12th.
Better to pursue Bachelor's degree in Commerce and paralleled try for some computer courses like DCA and then PGDCA.
Still there is B.Com with Computer Applications. You may opt for that too.
