It depend upon college to college and university to university. For example, for simple BA, cut off is 94 in Ramjas College and it might be different in other college like Hindu College, Hansraj College or KMC.

I will suggest English medium, because it will help you everywhere like writing and speaking. In international as well as national. But, Marathi is also not bad, if you want you can learn and looking forward to get job in Maharashtra and it is also a beautiful language.

There are several Computer courses available after 12th.
Better to pursue Bachelor's degree in Commerce and paralleled try for some computer courses like DCA and then PGDCA.
Still there is B.Com with Computer Applications. You may opt for that too.

You can go for BMM (Bachelor of mass media) course, there are many college offering this course. Some of them are - IIMC (Indian Institute of mass communication), Delhi, International Institute of mass media, INIFD(International Institute of fashion design) and many more. Allowed to keep terms (ATKT) is a process in the Indian education system to allow students of pre-graduation and graduation to study in the next grade if they have failed in 1 to 4 subjects. The students must pass the papers they failed before entering into the next grade. Thank you.

Placement/.job depends on you. A flying school shall not provide any placement assistance. You will have to look at the vacancy notifications as and when published by the airlines and apply to them as per your eligibility. People have got placed within one month of getting their license and some others keep waiting for a longer duration due to unawareness or no vacancies being announced by airlines.

Yes, definitely you are eligible to apply CPL after +2 with science stream. But, you need to have huge money.
In my opinion after +2, PPL is better. After doing this, go for CPL and Ground handling etc. All the Best.
