Yes, with 94.4% in CBSE 12th, you are clearly eligible for B.Tech (Hons.) CSE at Lovely Professional University. LPU mainly considers your 12th marks (with PCM) for eligibility, and your score is strong enough to comfortably secure admission in the CSE (Hons.) program.

Your Joint Entrance Examination Main scores are an added advantage, mainly for scholarship consideration rather than eligibility. You can also appear for LPUNEST if you want to maximize scholarship chances. Overall, with your profile, getting admission in CSE (Hons.) at LPU should not be an issue.

Hello Dear,
As per the directives of Honourable Supreme Court of India, NEET is the only gateway for admission into MBBS and BDS courses in India. There's no other gateway for admission. So you need to appear NEET and score very good marks as well.
