Admissions are not possible in central and state government. IHMs. However, admission is possible in private IHMs without writing NCHMCT JEE. The list of private IHMs is as under.

It depend upon your interest, passion, hard work that you have to do mean you have to study approximately 10 hour this year to get selected in JEE if you really do so then go for it. As every year competition are increasing day by day so you have to compete the test.
Still many private college who takes admission through your 12th marks so if you think you can't do best next year then join any private college.
