Hello Srishti,
Your score is good in JEE Mains exam for an OBC candidate. You have cleared the exam, but to get admission in NIT, your board exam percentage must be at least 75%. As yours is only 63.8%, you cannot get NITs.
So you can apply for some colleges that admit students with both JEE Mains marks and board exam marks.

You can go for MBBS, BDS, pharmacy, physiotherapy, biotechnology, prosthetics, medical lab technology, microbiology and biochemistry. I have tried to mention these in the decreasing scope according to my knowledge.

Yes, you can get a scholarship of 10-20 % of your semester academic fee. But, it would be clearer if you mention your PCM percentage to tell the exact scholarship that you would be offered.

According to your rank and category, you would get admission in any government college through UPSEE. The colleges you must try are Bundelkhand University, IET, Lucknow , M. J. P. Rohilkhand University.
