To get into any degree programme in food technology you need to have a science background. In case you are from Science background you can go for food technology programmes provided through Mumbai University or SNDT Women's University. Here is what u are looking for.
Fee Structure
Fees: Rs. 3.75 Lacs per year.
The fee is only a course fee and does not include hostel fee and expenses for living. Fees are to be paid in two installments in each year.
I Year :
First Installment: Rs.1,87,500/- at the time of admission.
Second Installment : Rs.1, 87,500/- by November 30, 2011.
II Year :
Third Installment : Rs. 1, 87,500/- at the beginning of second year in July 2012.
Fourth Installment : Rs. 1, 87,500/- by November 30, 2012.
Other Expenses:
Caution Money Deposit of Rs.10,000/- is to be paid at the time of admission (Refundable).
Alumni Life Membership of Rs. 10,000/- is to be paid at the time of admission.
Placement fees as specified by the Placement Assistance Cell is Rs. 15,000/- per year.
