B.Tech IT is much -2 better than B.Sc IT. B.Tech IT is a 4 years Engineering Programme with a Specialization in IT. if you are Doing B.Tech from Top colleges of India Like IITs , NITs , IIITs or any other state Government Engineering colleges You Cna easily get the Package of 3.5 - 5.0 Lakhs Per Annum. Where as B.Sc IT is just the 3 Years Graduate Degree Course in IT With no Specialization. if you take admission in B.Sc then Further you have to do MCA or M.Sc then Only you can able to compete with B.Tech Students as MCA or M.Sc is Equivalent to B.Tech.
