In order to pursue MS in these universities, you need to have:
Good academic background,preferably 60% in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) Intake.
So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and then accordingly start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance, it is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake.
An average tuition fee at university in Canada is about CAN$ 20,000 per-year. The tuition fee and living expense might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Hi Arun, after a diploma, you can only apply for a UG degree course abroad. Other than this you can go for another Diploma, but this may not be of much to your advantage.
AFter a degree course you can go for a graduate diploma, post graduate diploma, masters.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses ). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written. the documents need to be certified by the notary or by the authorised representative of the University.

As you are drawing a handsome Salary, I would like to know what is the reason to do a Management degree, if it is just to get knowledge then I would say go for a correspondence programme through IGNOU, as just to get Knowledge it doesn't make sense to leave your job and go for an institute like IEMR. If you want to get a degree which can take you to the next level in your career then opt for an EMBA or a regular MBA programme through IIMs, ISB or other reputed School as you are still at the early stages of your career you can take sabbatical but if you have to take sabbatical take it for some highend B-School.
