After diploma in civil engineering you may join lateral B.Tech course and can directly enter into the second year. If you want to continue working alongside then you may go for correspondence course.
List of lateral entry colleges (correspondence) :
-JNTU-SCDE
-Acharya Nagarjuna University
-IGNOU
To take admission you may directly contact the university officials as lateral entry norms differ from one university to another.

As per your query, it seems that you have not done 12th, then please remember in order to pursue BBA you need to be 12th pass from any stream with good academic record preferably 50% in 12th, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
So, as per your profile, it would not be possible for you to get admission in BBA or BBM program.
