Hi,
1)
As per your query, it would be highly advisable to complete 12th first as it is the basic requirement if you wish to pursue any advance course or apply for job in any sector in future.
2)
You need to clear the compartment paper first. Hi,
As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program so regarding this please remember MBA degree is offered by universities, whereas PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes.
Both these course have almost the same syllabus, so you may pursue any of these course.
However, please remember while taking admission your emphasis should be more on taking admission in good universities or institutes.
You may consider some of the below mentioned points while selecting a university/institute for pursuing MBA/PGDM program:
- Accreditation of the institute.
- Institute's infrastructure.
- Teaching faculty.
