Hi Shubham,
The Designing Courses are Skill Based Programs. So they should not be treated like any other regular UG courses.
So you should study 1st year as well to learn the basics. Even if you did 1st from another college.
I do not think lateral entry in any Design School Possible.
Think again and restart.

You have to give examination of CET to take admission for LLB. Without CET, you can only admission in private colleges, as admission to government colleges is only on the basis of your CET rank. So, this exam is mandatory.

Better to take re-exam, as eligibility criteria to sit in the exam for LLB is 45%. But, you can still apply in private colleges and DU CCSU.

Yes, you will able to become a private practitioner. To be able to get practitioner, you have to give and qualify the all India bar examination, after which you will be given a certificate of registration and license to practice.

Hello mayur hegde. PES university is good. Placements : Placements are good for CSE and IT but not for mechanical. This college has a good reputation in Bangalore. The package this year is around 6 lac. The college is strict but has a good reputation so placements will be fine for you. But you have to struggle a lot in mechanical. Infrastructure : It has a good infrastructure. It has one good cricket ground, lawn tennis court and all other ground and courts. 2 buildings for the college. Hostel facilities.
