If you take my word, it is your choice if you wish to opt for teaching or industrial engineering jobs after your MTech. Yes it is also true that majority of teh MTechs opt for teaching as career. But there are exceptions and many engineering consulting, R&D organization under CSIR/ DST take MTEch qualifies engineers for the job. I will name a few L&T, Bechtel, Jacobs Engg, Fluor, Technip, SAIPEM and the list goes on.

Dear student,
talking from job point of view, database management related jobs are always there in the local market, but not all of them will be high paying .
Also you being from commerce background will not get much preference from good IT companies, but still you have options to apply for various DBA jobs.
Specially look out for occasional Database trainee / employee requirements in Govt. sector as they too hire such candidates for Oracle database management related works.

IF you want to do Master of Engineering with the specialization of Electronics then you must normally have completed one of the following:-* BE(Hons) with first or second class honours* BSc(Hons) degree, with first or second class honours, in relevant subjects* Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering with a GPA equal to or greater than 5.
