Hi,
To do a Regular MBA program you need to sit for various entrances for which you need to have 50% marks. However, you can look at some state level entrance exams like MAH CET which may take you with 49%. Apart from this if your interest completely falls in the area of Mangement and you only want to do MBA then you can look for some private institutes which may accept you if you perform well on their Enterance Exam.
MCA could also be a good option if you have a knack for technology field.

Salaries differ depending upon the organization you join and the state your are in. There is no fixed salary bar in India. A job in Delhi may fetch you more than a similar job in Nagpur or Punjab. Two different companies will pay you differently on the same job. Therefore it is not easy to say what will be offered to you. But generally one can look for a salary between Rs 8,000/- - Rs 15,000/- at start for the kind of qualifications you pocess.
