To go for a Masters program you need to complete you Bachelors. However, there are Institutes providing integrated program in India & Abroad in which you can have combine Bachelors & Masters, but integrated programs are always very intensive and tough to handle so in case you can do that kind of rigorous study then only opt for integrated program. I would also like to add that there are very few Universities who provide this program. Few of the good universities providing integrated programs in India are:

Dear Maria,
Architecture has decent scope in India, companies in this domain are increasing and so is the demand for architects.
Still, the initial placements will depend a lot on the college opted for, as most of the time when companies don't visit much, the alumni get you good starting job.
Normally 20000/- to 35000/- , depends a lot on one's profile as i said, is starting salary amount for architects from average colleges.
And when the work is done on contract basis, the salaries may vary a lot depending on type and level of project.
Also the interest should be there, the aims will be reached.
