MBA is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
Now coming to job abroad, then please remember for a fresher it is very difficult to get job in UK or US you really need to have good amount of work experience to be considered for getting jobs abroad.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
Once you complete your MBA, you should start working in India and simultaneously start exploring the opportunity to get jobs abroad, while working you will know various course like SAP, SIX Sigma certification etc that you may pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
Please remember in order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this are newspaper and various job portals like naukri.com and naukrigulf.com.

Yes you can go ahead because students can join a CA program after graduation. There is no restriction in terms of prior stream, age or percentage secured.
Following is the procedure:
* Pass CPT examination (as a graduate, you'll be exempted from this)
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course
* Complete 9 months of Study Course.
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
* Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination
* Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years.
* Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed.
* Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training.
* Pass both the Groups of Final examination.
* Get Final Examination Certificate.
* Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable
* Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill
* Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant"
