Bio tech will have better career options. Zoology will be the last choice, unless you wish to do PhD. Microbio and clinical research will give you jobs in labs. if you are located in metro or in an industrial city then you can get job in labs. otherwise Biotech will be preferred. of course the choice of the college is another factor too.

BSC is better for you but i also suggest you to if there is no problem then go for regualar BSC degree

after complete your degree , you have many way of job more opportunity of job .

A lot depends on your interest, score in XII and financial position to pursue higher studies. Doing MSc and PhD will always give you a much better career.

What have you done at Plus two level, arts science or commerce? or you did diploma after class X? You will not have clinical psychology at graduation level. It is BSc in Psychology. You do nto stand a chance to get admission in that after diploma.
