You may go either for MBA or for PG Diploma in Business Management program however for MBA GMAT is required and min 2 yrs of work experience is required since your working in a shop so that is not consider as a work experience on the other hand PG Diploma or National Diploma courses doesn't require GMAT or work experience. You will get the visa on the basis of your application and case as visa is something which is purely depends on embassy or Visa officer. Kindly let me know what exactly you want to do. Look at the BSE or NSE web sites which has given you the relevant courses which you want to study. Join the course which is in correspondence and write the exam when the date is fixed for the same. This shall help you out to come in flying colors.
