Don't think that arts student can't do anything. They have a lot of courses to pursue but you have to choose your passion. Don't opt for any course for just Money oriented scope it should have the balance of money and interest. Think about your interested subject in arts as in English history political Science they are much more knowledge gaining subjects. Or if you don't want much study go for any short term course as your suitability, you can do any Diploma course, so think about first your interested hobbies and then go for course, don't just opt any course without thorough information regarding to it.
Best of luck.

Now, that you have done your BFTech, you can intern in a fashion house or even work for a year, if you want to.
For postgraduation, you can do MFTech. That depends on where you want to do it. If you want to study in the US or the UK, then work in a fashion house and work on your portfolio. Remember, your CV must be great.
