Hello Vikrant, I can understand your angst. It’s actually a well-known fact that admission in IIT is one of the toughest propositions. It is said that getting admission in a US college is much easier.

CA on the other hand appears simple but is not. It too requires dedicated studies and concentration. Having said this, I would sincerely advise you to introspect and first decide as to which of these two fascinates you more. Please select this subject as your future. I am sure you will achieve success.

Hello Dheeraj,
Your grades in school or college don't decide whether you will crack CAT for IIMS or not. You must start preparing for CAT the most popular exam for MBA if you want to get in any IIM. The ideal time to prepare is your 2nd year of Graduation. Make your basics strong, take coaching for CAT and forget your grades used to be low. Anyone can give CAT from any field or degree. After you crack CAT with good scores, you have to give Interview which will decide your branch of IIM. All the best.

There are lots of reasons to go to an open school. Many kids of today want to make their career in sports or some other field but due to some crisis, they need not miss out their academic pursuits. Every educational institute understands it very well. They give equal importance to the students who have completed their 10th or 12th from an open school.
You can definitely go for any degree without any second thought. Only one thing that you have to keep in mind that you are eligible for the criteria of the college you want to go for.
Best of luck for your future.
