This particular one is AICTE/DEC/UGC approved.
I think what might have happened is you might have gone wrong while selecting the courses.
So what you can do is to go ahead with some approved courses like the one I mentioned above.

As for what I would know ANIIT is a specialize course and holds no relevance to the eligibility for a Lateral entry to the MCA course.
For admission through lateral entry to MCA, the minimum eligibility is a diploma in computers from a recognized government recognized institute.
