Please find below the admission requirements for the master in computer science program at this university:
1) GRE Exam: Preferable score 700 in each section i.e. quant and verbal.
2) IELTS: Minimum 6.5 band score
3) Undergraduation percentage must be 78% and above. Incase percentage is not meeting the requirement, a conditional admission offer will be given which would be considered unconditional after certain foundation courses are completed before the program starts.

You have not mentioned the stream in which you have done your graduation. However, what I could gauge from your communication is that you are a commerce graduate with 55% in your graduation. Frankly speaking, if you plan to apply on the basis of your graduation you may get a job but the scope of your career growth would get limited in all aspects. So, it would be advisable that you should opt for Post Graduate degree. If Possible you can for an MBA program through a decent full time institute or you can opt for courses like CA, CFA, CS, and CWA. You can also look at course in actuarials field.

As you are interested in IAS, i would like to say for that you have to give the UPSC exams. The eligibility for UPSC exam is graduation from a recognized university and the age eligibility lies between 21-30yrs. There are two stages in UPSC that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. I really do not see any similarity among the two courses, which can be compared. Both the courses are entirely different from the curriculum to the industry prospects the two courses offers.
CCNA is offered by the CISCO and is a certification based on networking, making way for you to pursue a career in the field of Networking. SAP on the other hand is owned by the SAP inc which offers application training on various business modules like Finance, IT, Human Resources, Sales and Distribution and many more.
