There are very few institutes in India which will give you a specialization in project Management. If at all this specialisation is available it is available through Correspondence programs. So in case you are Interested in correspondence programs. The institutes are:
Alagappa University
H.P. University
National Institute of Business Management
NICMAR Study Centre
University of Hyderabad
For regular program you may check out IIT Delhi which offers Management systems as a specialization
Since you are from IT sector you can also go for a MBA with IT or IS as a specialisation which may give you more options in regular as well Correspondence.

Telecom Industry is a vast sector and involves many sub segments. You can pursue some short courses in fields like LAN, WAN, Networking, Hardware, TV radar, Navigation and Satellites.
You can also opt for courses like VLSI, Embedded Systems, Wireless technologies as well. You may also look up to a Masters degree to further enhance your career opportunities. Opting for Masters programs like MBA or M.tech would be the best career options for you.
Getting a good job would depend on your area of interest, academic performance and performance at the time of interviews.
To secure a good job placement your institute can be a lot of help as you can get campus placed, or other than this you can also upload your Bio-data on the various job portal and get successful responses to the same.
