There are very few institutes in India which will give you a specialization in project Management. If at all this specialisation is available it is available through Correspondence programs. So in case you are Interested in correspondence programs. The institutes are:
Alagappa University
H.P. University
National Institute of Business Management
NICMAR Study Centre
University of Hyderabad
For regular program you may check out IIT Delhi which offers Management systems as a specialization

With your question, I guess that your MBA is not in the specialization of Banking & Finance. If not in what area are you specialized. and why do you prefer Banking & Finance. is it because of the belief that you have ore opportunities in it. Please do a complete perspective search on the filed of your study. You can very well get into a job in the same area. Remember that one day , be it today or tomorrow, you need to make a start. Unless you make a start, you cant expect yourself to reach the top positions. so be positive, get into a job and then build up your career and also your qualification while in JOB.
