Yes. Of course. It's got tremendous scope abroad. Even a recent Oxford survey about the likelihood of a robot stealing humans' jobs 20 years from now, places Company Secretaries at a low risk of only 6%, unlike a Chartered accountant who has more than 90% risk.
You can try attempting the ICSA UK directly also where there isn't a penalty, as in ICSI course, of attempting the whole group if one subject is not cleared. Additionally, the pass-rates are good, unlike ICSI India course where pass-rate is abysmally low. For some ICSA, UK course modules, it's about 25 or 30%, that's 1 in 3 clear and for some modules it's as high as 50%. That's 1 in 2 clear. You have just 7 modules and a case study to clear (total 8). Case study pass-rate is 80 to 100% which means 8 out of 10 candidates or even all 10 candidates clear. You have just 4 attempts to clear a module. But considering the pass-rate, I believe a normal serious CS aspirant will be able to do it.
I think ICSA UK is widely accepted world-over. And, only about 300 people graduate every year, unlike in India where some 1500 or 2000 graduate. This low supply translates in creating demand in the form of respect and remuneration for qualified company secretaries abroad. So, if you are seriously trying for abroad opportunities go for ICSA, UK course directly as it's relatively easier to pass than Indian ICSI course.
Then, later, you can choose to earn your ACS from ICSI, India as well after passing 3 papers of ICSI. The only thing you can't do by ICSI membership after ICSA, UK membership is that I believe, you can't practice in India, but can take up a job as a company secretary in India. My personal assessment is that ICSA, UK exams are easier to clear. Only thing is that it will cost you a little more to enroll as a student and take exams.
US is snobbish country where you need to have studied law locally. So absolutely no chance in US. But you can work in other countries like UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa and Hong Kong after becoming a GradICSA. If you need job immediately, try Guernsey, Bermuda, and State of Gibraltar. You will get as an officer with less pay, where you can't save any money but can get an international work experience for your future. Passing CSQS will thro' the MOU route will get you GradICSA. Then after 6 years experience (getting a 3 year waiver in this is also possible), you become ACIS. This is transferable across countries with tremendous scope.

Hi Divya, Admission to the Bachelors in Computer Application is based on certain eligibility criteria's. The eligibility criteria for most institutes across the country are similar. It is a must to fulfil these criteria's in order to secure admission.
To be eligible,
-Candidate must have completed Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent
-The minimum marks secured in 12th standard should be at least 50%
-The candidate should have pursued the science subjects. The science subjects should include Physics and Chemistry
-Most institutes insist candidates should have pursued Mathematics during 12th standard
And if in case, you plan for Masters course in future, then the candidates who do not have Mathematics as their distinct subject in Higher Secondary Examination has to pass the CS-60 paper that is offered in their master level course. But the candidates should be having a bachelor degree in the Computer Application from the same University.

Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year i.e. Fall (August) and Spring (January) Intake. So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and then accordingly start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance, it is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake. An average tuition fee at university in Canada is about CAN$ 20,000 per-year. The tuition fee and living expense might be more or less depending on the university and location.

In order to pursue a PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. In your proposal you need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial and how is it different from other researches. Also, you need to mention how you will progress during the research and the duration you might need to achieve the milestones you have set. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process. To approach a University you must contact the dean or the professor at the University.
As you have asked this question under Germany, I would like to say that education in Germany is govt. sponsored, so there is a possibility that your entire research might get sponsored by the govt. if they like the research topic.
For scholarships and other information on education in Germany, I would suggest you to get in touch with DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.

As you are planning to make a career in travel and tourism advisable would be that you should opt for a degree programme. However, if you do not want to go for a three year degree programme then you can plan for a short term Diploma Courses of 1 year or more but keep in mind that the course you opt for should be IATTA, UFTTA approved.
