Hi Anju,
As HR is one of the most popular and traditional specialization you will find this specialization in almost all the decent Institutes like FMS, IMT, Fore School of Management etc. there are several others such as Amity, IILM etc. under MAT Examination. As far as placements are concerned almost all the good Institutes will have good Placements, as all the institutes of repute try to bring best organizations on campus, however, getting a good placement would largely depend on your own caliber and how you perform on the programme.

Hi Keerthi,
Civil Service Examination which is conducted by UPSC is a really tough examination and advisable would be that you join some coaching classes for the same.
However, if you plan to go for self study in that case you need to keep yourself updated on current affairs (read News papers, watch news channels) & work on your language skills (read novels). You should also work on your own core subjects as you need to opt for an optional subject which can be from your own stream. Last but not least you should gain the other Subject knowledge as well which will help you in your General studies Examination. There are several books available for IAS preparation in the market which you can buy; there is no one particular book which you can consult. If we particularly talk about GK the sources are Newspaper, GK Magazines, such as Competition Success Review.

Hi Suraj, to take up a masters course in forensic science you need to be a graduate preferably with a first division in Physics, chemistry, zoology, botany, biochemistry, microbiology, B.pharm, BDS or applied science. After graduation may opt for diploma courses in Forensic Science & Criminology.
As for the career prospects, some graduates wish to pursue further study opportunities to further specialise in their chosen area of study or to enhance their potential point of entry into employment.
Another alternative is research, usually leading to MPhil or PhD degree over a period of two to four years.
A further option is teacher-training for a PGCE or similar qualification. This is a popular option amongst our science graduates.
A forensic science degree provides a broad base of scientific knowledge and understanding, and is therefore a good foundation for the teaching of science in schools.

tejal i appreciate your decision to restart again and not quit. First of all i will like to clarify is that dropping of 1st year will not make any difference to your engineering or mba. You forget the past and start fresh. First of all for first 2 years of B.E. only concentrate to develop your basics and try to score a decent 65-70 % in each semester. If you score more then it will be brilliant. Then by the time your 3rd year starts decide whether you want to do mba or masters in engineering. Once you decide join any reputing coaching institute for mba or masters. But, try to keep your percentage in semesters as good as you can. wish u gud luck and a gr8 career ahead !!!!!

Hi Nikhunj, Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination administered and conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and seven Indian Institutes of Technology
Cut-off did not rise beyond 28-29, even last year it was 25 and those who score 29 marks will get more than 93-94 %ile and a rank of less than 4000. Admission can be procured in any good collge or NIT upto 97 %ile in good branch but for IITs one should have more than 97 % i.e a rank of 1500 and above.

In order to pursue MBA from US and UK, you need to have:
16 years of education, with good academic background, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus, OR
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Please note that Universities in UK require 15 years of education for admission in their MBA program plus they do not require GMAT score.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year. The tuition fee and living expense might be more or less depending on the university and location.
