Indian Military Intelligence i.e. DMI is an Intelligence Agency which is responsible for gathering knowledge about enemies and potential enemies any way possible and, as a secondary duty, defeat or confuse enemy intelligence operations via sabotage, misinformation, or other means. The selection process of such Intelligence Agency is totally dependent on the department, so the selection could be through UPSC or direct from the forces or other sources at time it could be bright University Graduates.

As you are planning to make a career in travel and tourism advisable would be that you should opt for a degree programme. However, if you do not want to go for a three year degree programme then you can plan for a short term Diploma Courses of 1 year or more but keep in mind that the course you opt for should be IATTA, UFTTA approved.
for short term courses you can check with YMCA, Ashok Institute of Hospitality & Tourism, Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, SITA World Academy, Skyline Education Institute, Trade Wings Institute of Management etc.

I would also say you are going on a right career path. The (GMAT) Graduate Management Admission Test is a computer-adaptive standardized test in mathematics and the English language for measuring aptitude to succeed academically in graduate business studies principally in the US. You can definitely go ahead with your desired stream- MBA (IT). As far as the placements are concerned, I cannot say anything for now because that entirely depends on your GMAT score that serves as a benchmark to your selection of college or university cut off.

Frankly speaking Computer application and Hotel Management degree are two completely different fields, and changing your field is a really sensitive decision which should be taken with great care as once you have taken this decision it would be difficult to go back. Moreover, you have to invest another three years to complete your B.Sc degree. For age Eligibility, you need to check with the institute as it would vary from Institute to Institute.
