Hi, to land up in a good job immediately after B.Com, join a good institute and take up advanced courses in accounting packages like tally. Also try and get good hands on experience on Ms Word , Excel and Access. Having a good command on Excel helps you a lot in simplifying huge process of managing the cash flows , annual projections of budget. Learning tally helps in the daily work that a person who joins as an accounts executive has to do. I make it a point to see these qualifications in the accountants i recruit and also short listing ppl for the companies with which i'm associated.
