You need to speak with some admission officers of the specific colleges. It will depend if the college considers the foundation studies as equivalent to 11th and 12th. There are many categories of diplomas in UK like Higher National Diploma, Diploma of Higher Education etc. I am sure some options will be available. Please contact the colleges directly.

My advice to you is that first earn a seat in the college you want to study, and once you have secured a seat, you can apply for a loan. You should also critically analyze your financial position and whether you will be able to pay off the loan in the future. The banks can be extremely cut throat when it comes to 'wasooli', so be careful. Other than that you are good to go.
