The admission into NITs for undergraduate engineering programs is based on the ranks secured in JEE Mains examination. You also need to have at least 75 % in board exams to qualify for the admission.
The colleges provide the campus placement opportunities and it is the skill of the individual to get placed. The colleges won't give a guarantee for any particular individual.

Hi Saurabh,
MS Finance program from Edhec requires international applicants to take either the GMAT or GRE, it seems they also accept CAT scores from Indian students. You must also take TOEFL or IELTS. The admission requirements are clearly mentioned on the program website, you should be checking it.
