Quite obviously you must decide what to study first and check the university websites for the entry requirements. You have to check if your PTE scores and degree percentage is sufficient. To apply to a Masters program in USA, you must have the relevant Bachelor's degree typically of four years duration, must take the GRE and TOEFL and work experience may be required depending on the university. Since the admission requirements vary with universities, you are advised to check the university websites for a better idea.

Yes, many good universities offer a major in Archaeology during the Bachelor's degree. University of Oxford - UK, Boston University USA, Leiden University Netherlands, Australian National University and so on. Admission requirements and tests will be different everywhere, you have to see the website for details. As a PCM student you will be generally eligible for most of these.

TOEFL is nothing but a language proficiency test. If English was not your medium of instruction in your education, you might have to appear for TOEFL or IELTS. This is not compulsory if English was your first language or was used as the language of instruction in your school/college.
