There are very few institutes which can give you courses specifically in PLC, SCADA etc. same goes for Industrial Automation. However few of the institutes which you may consider are:
Yantra Automation Pvt. Ltd.
Sofcon India Pvt. Ltd.
Technocrat Institute of Industrial Automation

Although, earlier B.Com Graduates use to get exemption from the foundation course but recently there was some changes wherein they have made foundation course compulsory for all so I would suggest that to get the most updated information please check with the ICAI.
