IAS is the name of "Indian Administrative Services" exam conducted by the Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) of India, Government of India, for the recruitment of Class-I Officers to be posted in various offices of the Central and State Governments. No scholarship is available for the exam. Studying at Imperial College London will gives you a very good exposure as its a best college in UK and world renowned . While studying there you will get a job as most of the companies recruit Imperial students directly , Finance is a huge stream and you will get enormous opportunities further completing the program. So don't wory about the placements just go ahead and join the program.

When compared to a diploma course in IT, MCA is a far better option not just because it is a Masters degree but also the value carried by this course is better and offers brighter prospects in the technical field as well.
There are many diploma courses available in India as per ones area of interest and can be pursued accordingly, like you can opt for courses in Hardware / Networking, IT Security, Database Management, Software Programming etc.
