Hi,
Is your husband a fresher or he has some kind of job experience?
If he is a fresher and the focus is only job then he can directly join a suitable organisation at a suitable job profile after a B.E. as well.
Otherwise for a core technical profile he might go in for a Mtech. or probably an MBA in distance learning, but I would advise that after some time of work experience.

You can go for New CA-Intermediate course through direct entry scheme of ICAI if your percentage in graduation is 55%, since you are a commerce graduate.
You have to do 3 years of articleship but you can give CA-Final after 2 and 1/2 year of articleship.
