Your CGPA is extremely good and there is no need for any certification course as far as admission at abroad for MS is concerned. Now you prepare for GRE & TOEFL. You aim for above 300 out of 340 in GRE and above 100 out of 120 in TOEFL. Both these exams, you should attempt after you have completed your 8th semester as hurrying up will not yield any benefits since, while admission process you are required to send all your transcripts (marksheets) upto 8th sem.

Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
Age Qualification:
The candidates appearing for JRF should not be above 28 years of age. The candidates appearing only for lectureship have no upper age limit.
Age relaxation of 5 years will be given to SC/ST/OBC or physically disabled or women or visually handicapped.

Dear Shreyas, by pursuing CCNA & CCNP, you have gone in networking field and you must concentrate on that. Red-hat will take you towards Linux operating system which is different from what you learnt. My suggestion is to now seek appropriate job based on networking. During the search, if you come across a situation where you feel that other than learning CCNP, certification exam is also essential then only go for it.
