Post Graduation in one sitting is illegal and not acceptable for higher education or jobs in public/private sector.
It is advisable that you pick 2 years full time or distance degree program. Also I may suggest you for Train the Trainer program to understand the nuances of training like, preparation of content, presentation, body language, handouts etc .
