Hi,
Please remember, the history of backlogs would not affect your chances of getting admission in universities abroad as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria, however please make sure that by the time you apply for admission to the university you must have cleared all your backlogs.
While applying for VISA, please remember all your educational and financial documents are complete and are in order as per the requirement of the VISA officials, if all all your documents are completed and you fulfil all the eligibility criteria then you may surely get the VISA.

1-)A pass in the +2 examination with Mathematics & Physics as compulsory subjects with either Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology and recognized by any State Board / Central Board or any other accepted by college as equivalent to 10+2 examination, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics obtained in a single sitting.
2-)Eligibility for vocational students is based on the theory subjects taken.
3-)Students with diploma in Engineering / Technology are eligible for direct admission to the second year of the relevant B.Tech.,
