Hi Tripti,
The main difference between PGDM and MBA is that PGDM is a postgraduate diploma which is given by stand alone / Autonomous Institutes which come under the jurisdiction of AICTE like IIMs, XLRI, and S.P. Jain etc. And MBA is a degree program provided only by Universities and come under the jurisdiction of UGC like JBIMS and FMS, PUMBA,
As far as, the question which is better, is concerned it depends on the schools/ institute's reputation from where you are doing the course. Like PGDM program from S.P.Jain and MBA from JBIMS will have almost equal standing. Ultimately what will mater the most will be how one uses that knowledge

Hi Jaswinder,
The admission for a graduate shall take place on the basis of clearing SSC and to be eligible for the Indian Air force, one should have graduated in the Science subjects - Physics and Maths to be the main, however the same shall vary on the basis of the branches one would join in the IAF. Hi Tripti,
As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidelines it would not be fair on my part to give my personal opinion or judgment about any particular University or Institute.
Although, both the Institutes are have equal standing I would suggest that before enrolling yourself any of the program you should check on few things such as: The recognition of the University (whether or not it is UGC or AICTE recognized), study material & course curriculum, the infrastructure, Faculty's educational background, last but not least its placements and ranking for which I would suggest you to visit the Institute and t
